A disk rotates slowly with constant speed in the bath. Oily particles adhere to the disk and are then removed with the aid of a doctor blade.
  A special oil-water separator in the form of a motor-driven conveyor belt floats over the entire surface of the bath. It removes all oil particles above the disk that the disk does not remove.
  A spraying system, with rotating nozzles installed at various heights, removes any soiling from the web. A PLC connection ensures maximum flexibility during the control of the washing process.
  The rinsing area is directly after the washing area. Here a further spraying system with rotating nozzles sprays again the web and removes any remaining oil residue. At the outfeed from the tank there is a second spreading roller for transferring the web to the downstream foulard.
